hello, I'm an American citizen, i filed I130 for my husband. We currently living in Argentina, we have two children and both have us citizenship. Immigration has approved our case, and sent it NVC, we sent the document, and they asked us for other copy of our marriage certificate. Now we received a letter saying this " the national visa center received your inquiry concerning the immigrant visa petition  ........
the INA  does not allow derivative status to family members of immediate relatives   IR1 .CR1, CR2,  IR2, and  IR5 classifications are immediate relative visa categories, this means that a spouse, unmarried child under the age of 21 and parents of a US citizen require their own individual petition in order to immigrate to the US.
But i only petition for my husband
I dont understant

Does NVC know your children are US Citizens? As long as your husband has his visa approved, there should be problem.

Did you at any time email them to make an inquiry about something? This is most likely a generic email response. Best bet is to call NVC and find out what is going on.

yes, I asked about the status of my case, but the same day they mail this letter they also email me asking for other documents, that  I mailed two weeks ago, I'm afraid that they are denying my case  , what should i do?

You mentioned they asked for another copy of your marriage certificate. Did you send them the acta de matrimonio the first time, the one you request from the registro civil? NVC wants the acta.

Ok, I would definitely call NVC and explain the whole situation, mentioning that the petition is only for your husband and that you have sent the correct marriage certificate.
