hi, vjers

i am just waiting for my spouse to enter the US right after her interview for a CR1 visa, can i take her upon arrival, to accompany me to consummate a land sale in the Phil.

We will just be there some 3,  or 4 weeks, at most. Won't we have any reentry problem for her? Or do we need some docs to be able for her to re- enter the US w/o problem? No, we are not going to any muslim country. We're going to the Philippines.

For those with experience , can you help me..please. Shed have her interview in July, 2017.

Thank you.

Yes you can.. the visa will  be stamped on her entry into the US with her CR1 visa and this acts as proof of her LPR status for 1 year, by which time she will have received her GC..

Remember  thought that the GC is for living in the US and she may be questioned on any reentry if the CBP Officer thinks she is not retaining her primary domicile in the US.

thank you, dee elle

thank you. you make me happy with this info. i  really hope there'd be no problem at all with her reentry. i postponed meeting the buyer for payment as i will go to Rio De Janeiro 1st and then bring her with me to the Phil.

thank you, again
