I just want to make sure I have the right document, but on the confirmation page for the interview it says "...along with the letter you received from the Consular Section." What exactly is it referring to?

This is the letter we received from the consulate in Mexico.  If you do not have this letter from your consulate or embassy, you cannot have your medical exam, biometrics taken or your interview.

Oh thank god.... mine looks very different, but it was the right thing. Scared me for a second there....
