USCIS accepeted it:                     :October 29,2016

Got NOA 1.                                   : November 8,2016

Got NOA 2.                                   :December 15,2016

Petition was received by NVC &

got our case number.                    : January 12,2017

Paid AOF and IVF.                         : February 24,2017

Filed my Online Immigrant Application: March 10,2017

Sent Financial Documents and 

    civil Documents at NVC.            :April 9,2017

Arrived at the NvC.                        : April 10,2017

Yes i did.i wrote them an inquiry abiut the status of my documents and they said they have it already.

If they have it already, why not give them a call and inquire. Ask for your case number.

Sometimes, you'll be able to obtain case number and IIN # over the phone before the actual welcome letter arrives.

Once you have the IIN #, try logging on ceac.state.gov and maybe you'll be able to go ahead with the next step in submitting your D261 and AOS fees.

I do have my case number alraedy.All im just waiting is for the NVC to be finish reviewing our documents and give us my interview appointment.

They received your doc April 10, you are About to reach 6th week, most likely, upon seeing case completion lately some got it on 9th week or 10th, but NVC said it normally take 11weeks, 

just call them next week and ask if they started reviewing your case, wishing you best of luck

, it went actually well, was asked few questions but i made a mistake of bringing the scanned copy instead of the original one, they told me to send the original ASAP, and they will send me the visa few days after receiving the NBI (i accidentally brought the scanned/printed copy which actually looked almost the same as the original)  so mistook it as original :((( ) and left the original at home so, after the interview rushed over home and sent the original one. and was told by the courier that the NBI i sent  is out for delivery  to USEM, it was delivered yesterday at USEM as per trackng 2go

 

hoping and sincerely praying that it wont cause any delay and will get my visa on Monday May 22 or on tuesday (wishful thinking)

did they look for the affidavit of support from the sponsor? 

 

For sure you'll gonna get it soon.I am happy for you coz you made it up to there..

 

We will just gonna wait for our time to come.Hope it won't take long..I miss my husband so much already.

What we sent was an original AOS though, i brought with me an original one too ( my husband made sure to have 2 copies, ibe copy to be sent to NVC 1 copy for me)

Filipino consuls, checks everything, and made  sure that what we brought are complete

I have with me here all the AOS that my husband sent at the NVC,But he just scanned it and send it to me via email.Do you think I wont have problem for it?

The petitioner must provide an Affidavit of Support even if he/she has no income and even if a joint sponsor provides an Affidavit of Support reflecting sufficient funds to provide financial care.
