Affidavit of support/ Tax return (K1w/ Minor Son)

Hello everyone!! Like most of members here we are also waiting for our NOA2 we received our NOA last Feb.21, 2017.

 

I just want to know if after we received our NOA2 we are required to provide copy of Tax Return of my fiancée (Petitioner) and we need an Affidavit of support.

Yes, you will need to provide an I-134. Manila COs tend not to ask for it in the interview, but they can and you should be prepared if they do. Otherwise, may get a 221g pending an acceptable I-134 + evidence.

 

You should provide the 2016 tax information - tax transcript preferred (https://www.irs.gov/individuals/get-transcript), or tax return (1040 + W-2(s)).
