Correct. However, if you use the most recent version of the i129f form, g325a's are not necessary.

If it isn't difficult, it isn't worth it.

A'n'L ...Yes we actually use the new version( expires 2018).
Additional question...

1. Do we have to put all the pages of the divorce decree or just the top page that show of where and where it was terminated?

I've never even seen a DD before, so can't really answer you for sure. I would assume you need the whole thing (I've seen RFE's for incomplete DD).

If it isn't difficult, it isn't worth it.

I would include the entire decree.  Make sure it has the judge's signature rendering final judgement.

Charles_n_Grace .. We are using the new I-129F (13 pages, expires 2018) . Do we still need to include G-325A or no? I just want to make sure really. I have read the I-129F instructions and i didnt see or read anything like this. I have filled G-325A already ,both me and my fiance, i wonder if we should include this? Would it hurt our application if we will not gonna include this g-325a?
I am a filipina and my fiance is in usa. I just want to make sure really since I am the one gathering information and assembling our packet
Thank you
