Hoping someone can help?  I'm preparing the DS-160 as the petitioner for my fiancee in Sint Maarten.  Can he then access the form and sign it?

Yes. After saving it, you just need to give him the identifying information you selected and the steps to go in and sign off on it.

1  The application ID is located in the top right hand corner of your DS-160 application.  Copy this number down.

2  You picked a password when you created the DS-160 application.  Write this down.

3  To access the application, your fiance only needs to first click on the "retrieve an application button" on the first screen.  Then input the ID and password on the next screen.  Your fiance accesses the DS-160 application just like you do.
