Hello,

I was wondering for the adjustment of status interview to permanent resident from a K1 visa, do you need to take a completely new I-864? I already submitted everything related to the I-864 with my husband's I-485 and I even received an RFE but replied to that. I have all of that paperwork but do I need to do a completely new I-864 with new pay stubs and letter from employer? The interview notice says bring them unless they were already submitted.

If you already submitted the I-864 with the I-485, no, you do not need to fill out a new one. Just bring a copy of the I-864 you submitted. Also bring latest W-2, most recent pay stubs, latest tax return, and letter from employer.
