Losty in FEES

Hi Guys. I am a ISC. Filing I-130  for my wife. She came in lat May as a tourist on a 10 year visa and we were married in December.

I think i have everything filled out with new forms. Just getting lost on the fee that should be on the check.

The forms are I-130, G325A, I-485, I-765 and I-131. I believe that is all that is  needed.

Off the USCIS site I-130 -535.00, I-485 -1,140.00, I-765 - 410.00, I-131 - 575.00.

Question in do we need I-131 and what is the correct amount and how many checks?

I-765 and I-131 don't have any fees when filed with the I-485. You also missed the biometrics fee. Please re-read the I-485 instructions.

 

Check #1:

I-130: $535

 

Check #2:

I-485: $1,140

Biometrics: $85

Total: $1,225

 

Edit: Also, be sure you're using the right version of the I-130 for the G-325A. The latest version uses the I-130A instead, but the version before that is still accepted (and uses the G-325A):

"If you are using the 02/27/17 edition of Form I-130 to file for your spouse, you must also submit a Form I-130A, Supplemental Information for Spouse Beneficiary.

If you are using the 12/23/16 edition of Form I-130 to file for your spouse, you must also submit two Form G-325A, Biographic Information: one for you and one for your spouse.  Do not submit Form G-325.Please read our Lockbox Filing Tips."
