Hello there
My fiance is closing to  his interview . We've had to use my mom as a Joint Sponsor and she has filled out all of the paperwork and supporting documents
for the I-134 Affidavit of Support
me and mom in same household and she claim  taxes  for me since  2010
so the question is, what are supporting documents for my I-134 form? Do i use a copy of her tax papers (1040) which my name is tacken down?

Thank you all very much and I look forward to being answered by someone!
Have a great day!

I am not all that familiar with the I-134 AOS, as I am IR-1 Visa and had the I-864 AOS. I am not entirely sure how much they differ, if they do.

I would recommend reading the instructions well as they list the financial supporting document requirements on page 3. I hope this helps and I hope someone who is more experience with K-1 can be of more assistance. Good luck on your fiances coming interview, wish you both all the happiness in the world. :)

You're welcomed. I didn't file taxes either as I do not work and am a stay at home mom.I wrote a letter stating the reason why I did not file taxes and the signed and dated the letter.

I suggest you do this. Of course you will provide your moms taxes,  as she is your joint sponsor.

My dad is my joint sponsor; so I have a copy of his birth certificate (proof of his US citizenship), a copy of his IRS tax transcripts, the original signed AOS, and an employment letter from his employer. As for myself, I have the letter I wrote stating that I do not file taxes and why, My AOS, and a copy of my birth certificate and my proofs of re-establishing my domicile. (as I have lived with my husband in Egypt for nearly 8 years.)
