Asalaam Alikolm and good evening to all. My fiancé is in morocco and she has a child. Her child was added to our I-129F as a derivative. I'm looking for someone who has gone or is going threw a similar situation in hoping that they can answer some questions for me. I thank you for any possible help.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.

I have filed for a K1 Visa w/ a K2 Visa and my Fiance's interview at the Consolate In Casablanca is next month. My question is that when will I receive confermation that my Fiance's daughter will receive a K2Visa? Her case number is the same as My fiancé. The daughters name is not on any of the notices that I have received from NVC or USCIS. The doctors refuse to do a medical exam of the daughter unless the have proof of her K2 Visa. We have yet to file the DS160
