advance parole for pending asylum under form I-589

I am a pending asylee of form I-589 , i have my EAD and social , my mother is so sick and she is under treatment and the doctors are deciding to send her abroad for better treatment and i want to see her and want to be beside her , i am not sure which country they are going to send her either UAE OR INDIA. do i need to give specific country name to apply for advance parole. i am applying it for future emergency situation , at the urgent moment i dont want to go through with all the paper work , please suggest me what should i do and what kind of supporting document will help me to get approved my advance parole . 
I also need to show my advance parole to the other country (where my mother is going for her treatment) to get my tourist visa approved . 

and what if after getting my advance parole i do not use that for changing my mother  health condition . will it effect my case negatively ? will it be questioned at my interview ?
