I-129F expiration dates

I am going to file my I-129F before 6-9-2017 because I already have to filled in, going to get her signatures when I go shortly. What day would you send it? If I send it 6-1-2017 to Dallas Lockbox, and it's postmarked BEFORE 6-9-2017 you think

it will be ok? Any and all comments are appreciated.

That's cutting it really close IMHO. It may take several days or even a few weeks for them to actually get your packet into the system. You wouldn't be out the fee  as they would return the payment, but it would delay the process. Personally, I'd suggest - in an over abundance of caution - using the new form if you plan to file that close to the expiration.

 

The wording USCIS uses is they not "accept" the versions after the expiration. I believe acceptance is generally when they enter it into the system.

That person got his/hers I-129F package back saying to use "new forms" from what I read, they used the one from last december's revision and got their application sent back.

 

I sent mine end of March with the 12/2016 Dated form. I still have not received anything yet though.

but anyway, since you have not turned yours in yet, I would honestly just use the new form to avoid the potential lost of time, and since you plan on turning  yours in by June, you still have all the time in the world to fill out the new form.

Ok, I'm using the new I-129F form, and it looks like it has the same info that the 325a has on it. Can  ask it that is the only thing to leave out. the 325a? Can somebody direct me to the current things to send with the new I-129f app? Thanks again.
