I am an in status F-1 student married to a USC and filing for my AOS concurrently. DO I need to send I-20's or College Transcripts showing that I am in status or they just can check it themselves as they have access to SEVIS? I will be sending my I-94 but for F-1 students, I-94's are valid for "Duration of Status"

do send copies of your i-20s, your visa stamp(s) and your entry stamp(s), to show that you entered legally. Never assume they can "check it themselves" as they won't. Remember to treat every application as its own (i-130, i-485, i-131, i-765), even if you send them all in one envelope, so you'll probably have to include multiple copies. Once they get to the center, some may go to different centers for processing and they won't go through your file and photocopy the necessary materials, which is why you need to do that for them.

College transcripts are not necessary.

Congrats and good luck!
