We changed our address twice during ROC.  After reading here that although people change their address with USCIS with confirmation and all, yet still have the wrong address I was a bit concerned.  I wanted to make an infopass appointment for my husband so he could check the address, but we're traveling tomorrow and when we get back he's leaving the country for two weeks for work.  So no infopass appointment any time soon.

Instead I wrote my representatives (have already been in contact with them about processing times with our case).  I got this response from my senator:

"For an address change:

Please be advised that unless specifically requested in your email, the National Visa Center will not use information from forms you provide to update customer contact information in our database. Applicants should provide updated contact information online at https://secureforms.travel.state.gov/ask-nvc.php or call the National Visa Center at (603) 334-0700between 7:00 a.m. and midnight EST.

Let me know if you have any other questions."

Now, I'm not sure if this guy was confused since he gave me info for NVC, I'm not sure who actually sends out the green cards.  But when I changed my address I certainly did not fill out the form linked above.  I did this one.  So I went ahead and filled out the other form.  Maybe this will help?

It seems as though your senator was confused. Did you try calling USCIS to ask them if your address was updated. Try calling early in the morning like after 8am. If not the only other way is try to schedule for an info pass. ( you will more likely to get open appointments anytime bet 12 am and 5 am.

Yes, the person who wrote this is confused... NVC isn't the body you're dealing with here, it's strictly USCIS. You filled in the right form (BTW, your sponsor also filled in and mailed the I-864 I assume? If not they should). If you're worried, it seems like the only thing you can do is call USCIS and plan for a long wait on hold.

Is your timeline updated?
