Hello my rfie is unclear. One says income is enough send more evidences

 

The other one says it is under the poverty. 

 

And i filed 1 month ago and latest tax year was 2015.

 

Now it is 2016. Does it mean i have to send a new i864 again.

 

Please help i am so stressed.

What exactly does it say? Do you have more than one RFE?

if you respond before April 15th I think 2015 taxes should be ok. I got an RFE in February and decided to file 2016 taxes and send in a new i864
