My fiancee was told he has a 1 year ban for admitting to marijuana use during his physical. He has not receive his passport back and his appointment was back in September 2016. The last update was on February 9th. How is he notified to retake his physical and why haven't they sent back his passport. He has a clean police record but he admitted to getting arrested for possession10 years ago. He provided them the record stating he paid a fine and was released. I have never received anything in writing. I am confused by this process. They kept all my information except my birth certificate. Will I need to provide a 2016 tax return? What's the next step?
