Hello, 

 

My wife and I are getting ready for the interview. When we sent out the original package we used the DS-3025 and didn't receive a RFE for anything. The I-797C says that the medical exam (I-693), and vaccination supplement must be brought in a sealed envelope, unless already submitted. Since I used the 3025, do we still need to get these other documents or will it be sufficent in completing the interview?

If it's less than 1 year since the data of your medical, and the vaccination sheet was marked complete - you should NOT need to bring another medical. This was our situation, and we were fine.

If it isn't difficult, it isn't worth it.

 

K1 process

10/3/16: Biometrics appointment (day 19)

11/4/16: EAD+AP approved (day 53)

11/16/16: EAD status changed to card shipped (day 65)

11/17/16: EAD/AP combo card received (day 66)

12/30/16: Notice of interview scheduled (day 109)

2/1/17: AOS interview (day 142) - APPROVED

2/8/17: GC received (day 150)

Had the interview yesterday and she didn't even ask anything about it. Thank god. In Cali getting that paperwork is like $400
