Hey guys, yet another question...

I have looked all over and I can't find anything about if a us citizen needs a visa to visit their foreign fiancé ? I know that the opposite is true... 

 

Thanks so much for any help you guys can provide !

For the UK, shouldn't. USC's are allowed entry for up 90 days I believe it is on their passports.

11/23/2016 : POE - Dallas, Texas

From sending of I-129F petiton to POE - 146 days.

 

02/03/2017 - Married 

02/24/2017 - AOS packet sent

06/01/2017 - EAD/AP Combo Card Received in mail

12/06/2017 - I-485 Approved

12/14/2017 - Green Card Received in mail - No Interview

US Citizens are allowed to travel to the UK without the need of a visa. However, whether you are successful or not, is based on the officer's decision at the POE. The UK allows a US visitor to stay a little longer (up to six months or however short or long the officer grants you) than we reciprocate in kind (UK citizens visiting the US are only allowed up to 90 days under the VWP). For France, the US citizen does not need a visa either - the stay is generally up to 90 days. The US citizen should be prepared to bring proof of funds and evidence that they will return home after their trip and there is never any guarantee of entry if they so deem it.

Okay so things like a letter from his job and a bank statement ? He'll have a return ticket (which doesnt always mean anything since it doesnt have to be used) Also should he say that he's visiting his fiancé and my family ? 

If we already have the visa by the time he is visiting, that won't be a problem ? (He is coming in october)

So many questions so many worries, sorry and thanks for all your help guys !
