If that is all you use then yes it is acceptable but if your parents gave you a proper name; First Middle and Last name then yes you should return to NSO and update your BC. Also, when you get your NBI make sure you put that down as one of the AKA's to search else you will receive a 221g and have to return to NBI for another clearance.

Mailed I-751 Dec 16, 2015 Submitted ROC (removal of conditions)

Received Dec 18, 2015 USPS notification of successful delivery

Check Cashed Dec 21, 2015 Check was cashed

NOA-1 Issued Dec 21, 2015 NOA-1 for ROC issued

NOA-1 Issued Dec 26, 2015 NOA-1 Received

Biometrics Appt. Jan 29, 2016 Biometrics Appointment Scheduled [Completed]

If that is what is shown on your PSA (was NSO) birth certificate, then that is what you use.

 

Initial only?  For your given name (first, middle) ?

Visa chase and citizenship.. DONE!
