Petitioner: Wife- Jane Dough

Beneficiary: John Pope

My wife and I married two years ago and are finally caught up with finances to get our AOS done. So on our marriage certificate, her name shows as Jane Pope. However, in all these years she hasn't gotten her name changed from her maiden "Dough'. On all her government issued ID's it shows her name as "Jane Dough" as she has decided to keep her maiden name, with which I dont have any problem with.

Immigration/AOS wise, will this be an issue?

I filed my married name for my AOS, and all of my papers still have my maiden name (including marriage certificate). And thus far, I haven't come across a problem. The only small issue I had was during my Biometrics, the one who wanted to let me into the scanning area said that "you're not *my married last name*?" and my husband was with me, and he said it was his and so he sighed and let a USCIS officer sign a paper confirming my name change for me.

So, no, it should be alright.
