Quick question is USCIS number is same as USC receipt number which starts as EACXXXXXXXX. Please if anyone know where i can find USCIS number for I751..

I got this EACXXXXXX number from I130 petition approval letter.

Are you talking about the number to check your case status? 

The number they're looking for is on your biometrics appointment letter. That letter has 2 numbers on it. One is the same as the one on your NOA1. That one won't work. The other, new number is the one that you can use to check your case status (for what it's worth, since they don't actually update that information until the whole process is over.

Or are you talking about the USCIS# that's on the front of your Green Card? That is a 9-digit number that is also known as your A (for alien) number. On the front of your green card it's listed as USCIS #.

I have USC receipt number..starting as EACXXXXXXXX..

I got this number from I130 petition approval letter..I used to check my I130 petition case status on USCIS site using this number..

I believe you should check the lastest communication you received for that number.  EAC sounds familiar, but when you receive your Biometrics, it sometimes is updated.  Remember the latest.  Look closely and you will find it.  Another way of knowing if you are correct is going directly to the USCIS website and entering the number you think is correct. You check on the section, My Status, and if the number is accepted and you get a notification, then you know that is the most recent number.
