It is waived. I worked in Sharjah UAE for 5 yrs. When i was at my interview the officer in the pre screening asked me about my work and then she asked the person beside her "Girl, UAE is not included right cant get one unless physically present."YES. Okay..😀😀😀 so no worries you wont be asked for a police clearance from UAE..during your interview

Phew  im so relieved i was really worried about that as it really take time i been also there for 5 years came back home last Jan and really thankful for your info i can sleep and i have something less circling in my brain :D :D

Hi good evening I have my concern too I hope somebody can share their experience I'm working in Kuwait for almost 3 years and it's one year and a half since ive got back here in the Philippines .The question is do I need to get a police clearance certificate from there. My friend told me that the officer from there will not acknowledge if I don't a civil id or a Kuwait id that's the most important thing to get a police clearance to this  country

Hi,

Is it necessary to provide the original police clearance or the printed one will do?

Thank you so much!

Has to be original and have a photo copy too

Applied for AOS/EAD/AP : August 7, 2018 (via USPS)

USCIS Chicago received the package: August 9, 2018
