Hello VJ Members, .. question related to Other names used .. My F, which is the petitioner happened to changed his Birth name after his Naturalization .. Does that include in Other Names Used??? Do we need to attach the paper/record for his changed name? Thank You

Taken from the I-129f instructions Section 8. What Other Documents Do You Need?, subsection c:

c. If either you or the person for whom you are filing is using a name other than that shown on the relevant documents, you must submit copies of the legal documents that made the change, such as a marriage certificate, adoption decree, or court order.
