Oh really.  My fiance i guess didnt know about it. Because he thought aside for i-129f is just the form of mine information. So i didnt know also that G-325A is also i had to file up as well. But i guess he need to send me the form through email to fill up the form.. I hope he didnt submit the form yet since he didnt know about this issue..Thank you so much really appreciated.

First, check out the guide here. It has all the documents needed to file. These are also listed on the USCIS website and in the I-129F instructions, but it's a nice checklist to go through all in one spot. Be sure everything is there (including the 2 letters of intent to marry).

http://www.visajourney.com/content/k1guide

The form can be downloaded directly from the USCIS website: https://www.uscis.gov/g-325a. You can fill it out, print it, sign it, scan it, then send it to him to print. A "wet" signature is not actually required for the G-325A or letter of intent to marry from the beneficiary.

As for what's next if he already sent it, there's 2 possibilities:

1) They reject it and send it back. He then fixes it up and can re-send. The check is not cashed yet.

2) They accept it (and the check is cashed) and send back a NOA1. Then later they send an RFE (Request for Evidence) or RFIE (Request for Initial Evidence). He must respond to it in the given timeframe and provide the completed document.

Actually we are just started to apply or submmit our petetion. So is it really needed when we submit now?  Or not yet.

The G-325A? Yes. It's a required document for the I-129F for both the petitioner and beneficiary. They will not approve a petition without both.

Anyways had another questions if my fiance submit all the petitions requirements or documents are all  Forms or photos are photocopy? The original items you will need are:

  • Signed I-129F
  • Signed G-325A from the beneficiary
  • Signed letter of intent to marry from the petitioner
  • Signed cover letter
  • Check for $535
  • Any addendums that you provide (which should also be signed)

The beneficiary needs to provide the following items (can be scanned & printed):

  • Signed letter of intent to marry from the beneficiary
  • Signed G-325A from the beneficiary

Other documents, which can should be copies:

  • Proof of US citizenship (birth certificate OR all pages from his passport OR any of the other forms of proof described in the instructions)
  • Proof of meeting at least once within the past 2 years (boarding passes, itineraries, etc. Photo prints are acceptable.)
  • Divorce Decree(s)/Death certificates  (if applicable)
  • Proof of legal name change (if applicable)
  • Certified copies of court & police records (only if necessary per I-129f instructions)

The beneficiary should make a copy of the entire packet and send it to the beneficiary. This is not required (they should already have it at the interview), but it makes things simpler in the event that a form is lost/misplaced/whatever at the interview.
