New I-134 "Filing Date"?

. My fiancees visa has recently been approved pending the submission of the New I-134. Part 3, question 29 on the new I-34 asks for the date of filing of my visa petition for the USCIS. I do not know if this is the day that USCIS received my petition, the notice date on the NOA 1 (Form I-797), or the  receipt date on the NOA 2 (Form I-797, second notice)? Does anyone know? Thanks!

Somebody else may have a better answer, but we just went through this exact same thing yesterday.. We put the NOA1 date because that's when they told us they had received it so we felt that then that meant it had been 'filed' so to speak.. Does that make sense?

 

I read that others put the date that they physically sent it. I don't think it matters too much as they know which petition it relates to.. Just as long as it's a date that matches somewhere.

I think you may be right  I put the date it was received by USCIS, and we didn't have any problems!
