I'm not sure I understand your question. Are you unable to get all of the vaccinations you need?

I mean that I did not get any of the vaccinations at the medical exam so I will have to get in the United State, But I do not know how to do it,  and I do not have any information  about it, thank you for answer.

Did you receive a DS3025 at your medical exam?

Are you in the US now?

Do you have any proof of any previous vaccinations in your lifetime or recently?

If you can answer those questions first it would really help.

1-I did not get the DS3025 at the medical exam.(I did not do it because they said that I can do in in the United State)

2-I will be in USA soon.

3-Yes I have proof of some vaccinations.

If you need any other information I will be glad to answer your questions .

Thank you.

If you brought a list of your current vaccinations to your medical exam, they should have updated it for you and told you if you needed anything else.

I could not do it, So I did not get any of them, that is why I need information about how to do it in the United Stated, and do it as soon as I get there.

Thank you again.

Oh ok. I think I understand. And unfortunately I can't help you, because I don't really know what to do in this situation.

You have a couple options: (for one, they should have given you a DS3025 regardless of if you had vaccinations or not but nevermind that for now).

1) You can get the vaccinations in your own country (I don't know which one or what options you have available to you). For the UK for instance you can obtain them from a GP or even a local pharmacy that offers the required shots if you ask them. Keep any and all proof of receiving these vaccinations.

Or

2) Once you arrive in the states and marry, go a US Civil Surgeon (you can find lists of available doctors on their website) and request them to give you the required vaccinations and transcribe them onto form I-693. If you are in the situation where you have received the required vaccinations before you left your home country, provide them with any and all evidence of your vaccination history/recent vaccinations. They will mark it all down on the form (you only complete part of this form since you aren't having a full medical and read the instructions carefully) and recertify everything. It will be given to you in a sealed envelope which you can include with your AOS. This will fulfill the vaccination requirement for AOS. Be aware it will likely cost a good bit of money.
