Hi!!, right now im filling the form I-130 and I-485 to send them together for my mom who is from Mexico, now is here in the US with me in my house, with B2 visa as visitor with I-94.

In the form I-130 I need your help pls:

In part C question 2, I don't know if I need to write my US address or her address in Mexico.

In part C question 19, here is her address in Mexico?

In part C question 22, left side: is my US city and State? right side: the city and state in Mexico with the nearest consulate from her address?

Thanks a lot in advance for your help.....

I would use her permanent address in Mexico for C-2 and C-19.

In regards to C-22, you are correct. But you should only have to fill out the right side with her consulate info. I only put my husbands.

I suggest using Rapid Visa to help you file. That's who I'm using. They will help you step-by-step and make sure you have everything you need. It doesn't cost as much as a lawyer.

Sorry I took so long to answer. It's a legit 3rd party company that helps you assemble you petition. They give you step-by-step instructions and will even review your package before you send it.
