Is B1/B2 the correct visa for this?

All we want is for her to come here stay with me for a month or two and see if we like living together. If she goes and they deny her visa after first visit it is almost impossible to get visa after this for tourism.

yes, she needs a b2 to visit you!! if she gets it - great

if she doesnt get a visitor visa then you need to visit her and stay there a while.

 

you have no control over this!!! its out of your hands!
