They've actually been out since January 24th from HHS so that's what I went by ... not that it mattered as last year I was under anyway ... only 612 dollar difference between last year and this year for the poverty guidelines...not bad.

I only just found it when i searched on www.uscis.gov, as i saw it mentioned a new one coming out in Spring, and i wanted to make sure we were still going to be above the poverty guidelines.

Ah, I have a cosponsor...tax return didn't show enough for last year, even though I make more than double what my tax return showed and 10,000 dollars over the poverty level now. I filed before I knew my income, but knew it would be close and didn't want to worry about it, as $17,000 isn't enough to live on anyway in any of the places I've lived.
