My wife is here on a K-1 visa still.  We have sent in our forms for adjustment of status and received our first NOA - her biometrics (fingerprinting) appointment is next week.

Questions:

We may have to move to another state due to the fact I may be getting a great job.  If we move, it seems like it's pretty easy to change your address.  But what happens if they don't receive the change and the interview is scheduled in our old city?  Is it easy to call them up and tell them we now live in a new city/state or can we just fly back to the old city and do the interview there even though we now live in a new state?  I guess I'm just a bit worried about moving while we're still waiting for all of this.  Anyone else move while waiting for the big interview?

Second quick question, does the work visa show up in the mail?  Does the interview have anything to do with the work visa?  If all of my forms are correct and accurate, do they just send her the work visa in the mail?  I'm just not entirely sure how that will show up and if there is anything else we need to do?

I appreciate any answers you can give.

I'm not sure about the questions/concerns you have regarding moving, but for the EAD/AP, assuming the i765 and i130 applications were complete, she'll receive a combo card, otherwise you'll get an rfe for any deficiencies.  It says 90 days but I'm at 94-ish days and still haven't received it and the case still shows as "received."
