Having a problem with these letter Ñ on my psa and passport

Hello , my case is , My local birth certificate ,psa and passport spells my maiden name with letter n, but on my marriage certificate, on my son's birth certificate, my surname spells with Ñ . Does this letter can give me a problem later on ?? Thanks
