I'm guessing by NIC you mean "National Identity Card"? You do not need to provide ID for any of the individuals writing an affidavit on bonafide marriage. You can include this if you wish, but it is NOT required. Stick with copies of the biographic page of their passports if you wish to do this (why go through the trouble of translating documents when it's not necessary??)

Also, in general, sworn affidavits are generally not the strongest piece of evidence. In general the best pieces of evidence in order of BEST to WORST are --

  1. Proof of having lived together.
  2. Proof of having met in person.
  3. Proof of financial co-mingling (i.e., joint bank accounts, life insurance policies, joint health insurance, etc.).
  4. Proof of your wedding.
  5. Photographs of you and your spouse with various family members.
  6. Proof of ongoing communication (i.e., chat logs, skype calls, phone calls).
  7. Sworn affidavit.

You can include sworn affidavits, but you should also try to focus on gathering evidence for 1-6 listed above. Good luck!
