I went to my interview, the problem is i didnt have the certificate of no impediment. They said i must get i and get it to DHL. I got the certificate but when i called DHL the are telling me to get the csra number or page and i dont know how to get it. I am alredy register with DHL can anyone help me please!!!???

I don't know what the csra number or page is either.  Do they mean your case number?  That is all we ever had to use to send documents back to the embassy through DHL.

Maybe try:

1. emailing embassy to ask what this is

2. contacting DHL and ask them what it is

I call DHL several times but they keep telling me i need to go online sign in i did that but ikeep getting no where i cantact the embassy and they keep telling the the same thing....
