Hey everyone! I'm new to this Forum and this is my first post on this site:) reading all the positive news is so inspiring. Our journey hasn't been easy. I hope i can get some insight here, if not, if someone would direct me to the right place...anyhow, married a GC holder and we filed in December of 2015.  There was an error with our country of charability (E-3 category) so our application prcoessing stopped for 8 months until we finally got this corrected. Then we submitted our documents in October and we have been in supervisor review since December 1st, nothing has progressed yet but when we called last week we were told "our application is now under review." Does anyone know someone in a similar boat? Our application has been at the NVC for over one year now, our lawyer has tried everything but just hoping for some positive news soon...any insight on timelines would be appreciated. We are hoping for a case complete this month since we were told our documents are being reviewed. We're also employment category (spousal visa thru employment)...wish us luck!!
