Fees

Hi, 

 

well I'll all the paperwork and evidence is just about ready, I am having a job figuring out the fees though, do they do a single fee or do I add them all together ? Also do I just send one payment ? Or a cheque for each form.

 

 I'm sending in the full I-130, I-485 package including g-325a's, i-864, i-765 and g-1145.

 

if I remember correctly when doing the I-130/-I-485 pack you don't have to pay for the I-765....

I think you need to send 2 checks, one for i-130 and one for i-485 and biometrics. https://www.uscis.gov/forms/our-fees

 

And don't forget to include i-131, it's for free the same way i-765 is. You never know when you might need it.

If u have a Lawyer  the Lawyer should do everything for you 

Filling the G328 to show he/she representing the case 

If not fill the I-130 Plus the Fee

WAIT 

For the appointment interview 

WAIT

If its APPROVED

Fill the 601a Waiver

If its approved approved

Fill out I-864 Consult appointment

Last fill send out I-485 FEE

Hi, thank you for the replies.

 

ill send a separate check off for the I-130 $535 and the I-485 $1140 plus another one for the $85 biometric fee.

 

does that sound correct ? 

 

I just dont don't want it to come back due to incorrect payment

I would only send two checks since biometrics and i-485 goes on the same. But either way is fine as long as the i-130 payment is separated from the AOS payment. They won't reject your application if you send three checks either, so you can do it that way.
