Hi all. I have my interview 02/01 and I was wondering if my spouse has to be with me at the interview and what questions will they ask us. Should I expect the same questions, more or less, like the AOS interview ? Thanks

Your spouse does not have to be with you. Most field offices do not allow spouses to join the interview but it won't hurt to let the IO see you came there with your spouse. If your spouse needs to take time off from work to join you, I wouldn't bother with that either. There is no consensus on what they could ask regarding your marriage but if there is one document they like to see it is the IRS tax transcripts. Beyond that some people went through with zero questions asked on their marriage, but a few for whatever reason would be grilled and even receive RFE to provide more evidence. So just in case they pick on you, bring whatever you think could be useful to prove you and your spouse have been keeping a bona fide marriage bank statements, mortgages, leases, loans, etc. Good luck!
