Receipt or Proof of Payment from USCIS?

After sending in the I-130 and I-485 packet, does USCIS give you any sort of receipt or proof of payment document? I'm wondering because I possibly might be able to have some of the cost reimbursed, but I would need some sort of receipt/invoice or something of the sort showing the amount, the date and what it was for.

AOS from B1/B2

Hello, and the answer to your question would be yes. After the USCIS accepts your forms and cashes your checks/money orders they will then mail you your I-797C Notice of Action receipt. On the receipts you will see what form it was for, the date they received it and the amount they received for it.
