I've been checking for a few days now, and I don't think there's a forum for January 2017 filers yet, so I'm going to start one. I just sent my mom's petition today via Fedex and it should be received

To those who are curious what the next steps are after the USCIS approval, here's my NVC timeline (so far):   06/13/17 - I-130 approved 07/20/17 - got my NVC case ID and invoice # over

Hi all , is there some on waiting for NOA 2 since November 2016 from Nebraska centre?  Or is mine outside processing time? It's 7and a half months already and no news at all .

Hi. Sassyamma, Nebraska is processing Nov 15th . As of May 31st according to the website. My POA is 28th of Nov. so should I also request for outside normal time ? But I know some Nov filers got their approval only last week..

I guess you should sumbit an inquiry.  That's too long.

My pd was Jan.9...Received the NOA2 on June 26.

IR-5 Timeline (Petitioning my mother from the Philippines)

 

01/06/2017 - Mailed Petition to Arizona Lockbox via USPS certified mail - Paid: $4 and change

01/09//2017 - Petition was received (Priority Date)

01/16/2017 - Received  text and email notification that case was accepted and routed to Texas Service Center

01/20//2017 - Received NOA1 in the mail (Form I-179c)

i think you should wait till the date on website passes....but i dont know if they will accept it if its earlier.

1/14/2017 - Mailed Petition to Chicago Lockbox 

1/18/2017 - Petition Received

1/25/2017 - Received text and email notification that case was accepted and routed to Texas Service Center

1/27/2017 - Check cashed and received NOA1 in the mail

Hi..My NOA 1 was January 24, 2017, and still no NOA2 till now. Since Texas is processing May 31st as of The moment, does it mean my case is also out of processing time? 😞

Nebraska Is still processing 15th November ... I guess I should wait until the website shows November 30th before I can submit an Enquiry .
