I need someone else to do the AOS with me for my husband. I have 2 people willing here is the situation for both.

1st Person...currently unemployed as of October..November

But has 3 years of tax returns and 1 year of proof of employment...(Pay stubs)

Is she eligible to be on the AOS?

2nd Person...has proof of employment and tax returns but she is on state housing..

Will her housing be affected?

Is she eligible to be on the AOS?

Thank You

Co-sponsors have to meet the same criteria as the original sponsor.  If their income and proof of income meets the requirements of the i864 for two people (assuming they have no other dependents), then they will be fine as a co-sponsor.  It does not matter if they receive state aid.
