Financial Evidence for Interview

Hi all. I am processing through the Canadian consulate with a U.S. spouse. All submitted documents have been approved and an interview set. In addition to documents sent a request has been made for proof of sponsor's current income. documents required for the i864 showed sufficient income as taxes were are not yet filed for the current year. The plan is to have a job offer signed prior to the interview date but employment may start after the interview date.

Is the job offer sufficient to show proof of income? Will there be an issue with the low income for the past year?

If not and my Canadian job will continue if the visa is approved and we move (we did not include my income when we submitted Affidavit of Support) how do I prove this income source at the interview?

Bring a revised I-864 to the interview.
