It generally is, it saves a few days. It's near the holidays so I am sure the embassy is slowing down abit and also just busy.

It took us 10 days. On day 10 my partner received a text from 2Go saying he could pick it up.

That is still pretty quick so you have to just have some patience. Good luck!

Does it show "Issued" on the CEAC tracker on December 14th? If yes, you should give it a little more time - it might take up to 10 days, Ben&Zian is correct. It's the holidays and it differs for every case. If it is not on the issued status yet, then you'll still have to wait for it to become issued, if the 14th is just a verbal approval from the CO then your waiting time does not start there.

Just have a little more patience, it will come. Good luck!

When i track it in Ceac its says "Ready" .

When i try to track my passport in US Embassy passport track it's says No current passport status and when i try to track it in 2GO E trace. Using my MNLcase# , UID# also passport# it says Invalid.. . if i can't get it or pick up today or tomorrow another cost because i extend my stay here in manila because we thought that it's fastest way to get the visa than to deliver it to my home delivery address which is in ComVal ? im going home this coming 24 so if i cant get it today or tomorrow i need to get it back here in manila again just to pick it up ?

The status just mean it has not been issued yet and your passport/visa is still with the embassy. You will have to come back for it, it might take a few days to weeks before it goes to issued, its a case to case basis. Just be patient and they will let you know if the package can be picked up already.
