Munbai embassy appointment

I have been trying to make an appointment for 3 weeks now and the ustraveldocs India is not working. I called them and they said send an email and only sent an auto reply. I emailed, the embassy said I could not make an appointment through the site and stated I called and said the site was down. I need an appointment for the first week of January and without an appointment date the medical will not give an appointment. I emailed the embassy 3 times, ustraveldocs 3 only to get autoreplies. I called the NVC and they said my case is fine keep contacting the embassy and ustraveldocs. I sent 3 email through the website and get auto replies as well.

Has anyone had this problem and what are my options? Should I contact my Senator?
