RFE Spreadsheet for AOS?

When I was working on the I-129f, there was a spreadsheet that listed all the reasons people had had RFE's. I would like to do a quick check of the most common mistakes before I send in my husband's I-485 AOS. Is there a spreadsheet for that?

There is not one for AOS. The most common RFE pertains to the I-864, so make sure you fill it out correctly and provide all required supporting documentation. It is important to carefully read through the I-864 instructions.

I believe the second most common for a K-1 adjustment applicant would be for vaccinations/medical.
