Time period for interview

Hi wanted to know since this election if the waiting time for the interview has changed. I am in Trinidad would be making the final payment to nvc this week and wanted to know if the united States election had changed anything with application timeline of the time is longer or shorter i saw from others timeline that it was about six week to two months after the finale package was sent in to get the interview date. Any help on this be welcome thanks. It for myself and daughter thanks. I know i also have do a medical how long does that take as well and the price please is welcomed for the medical and any additional shots. Again am from Trinidad married to an American. Thanks

I do not think the election has much to do with anything thus far. I am an American waiting for an interview date for my husband back in Tinidad. All paperwork and fees have been paid just waiting on my 6 weeks to be up to hear word from NVC. I'm currently at 4 weeks because my scan date was on Nov. 10th. But from what im seeing on this site if everything goes well I do believe that the interview should be scheduled for 3-6 weeks following completion at the NVC. Don't know if this helps.
