It just changed to ready and the case creation date changed as well idk what this means

Good night, Thanks Listeague for your post. It has somewhat eased my frustration. I did my medical on the 26th of October and my interview on the 9th of November (FB1 visa). I was told it was approved and my passports taken, the CO told me that haven't gotten my medical yet so I just need to go wait and wait on the visa. The following day my status changed to AP. It was updated on the 18th of November and then on the 30th I got a call from the embassy saying they have just received my medical and need my passport (which they have). case updated again. I was worried because I had no idea the wait was this long. Continue to update us as we wait. Im hoping for some good news next week. Today is one month and counting........

Not really sure what's the hold up. Our case status hasn't changed since December 5th. I am now back to sleepless nights when I was so excited about his smooth the embassy appointment was.

Same thing i thought our appointment at the embassy was like a walk in the park. I think its because typically starting November visa applicants spike but its unfair for other people after us to have theirs while ours slowly moves sometimes moves or none at all, my fiance had a big event planned plus its my mother in law birthday Friday we were so counting on being able to get me there this friday but all that is ruined im so mad at the embassy right now

Yes I too have big plans in a couple of weeks. But the closer it gets to Christmas tickets will be really high. I just can't believe we come to the end to still play the waiting game. I plan on calling both medical and embassy tomorrow to see what they have to say.

the embassy has my medical they confirmed they did theyve had it since NOV 29. You wont be able to speak with anyone when you call the embassy.

WOW OK I guess the best I can hope for is my fiance being in US next month...I read they may take 2-6 weeks when its AP. Shaking my head. At least foir you it could be any day.

I wish it did but its been in AP since Monday the next step should be issued but they are dragging it out i just pray i get to be with my fiance in time for christmas and his birthday

Guys i can finally rejoice i just checked my case a few minutes ago and it said issued wow cant tell ya'll how great it feels hoping the others that are waiting will see some changes today as well

Hello I'm headed to work but wanted you to know medical was sent for my fiancé December 1 to embassy. The embassy did do update on the 5th but still AP status. Now I'm really upset at this whole system. Looks like a New Years Eve event may not happen for my family and its heart breaking.

Guys i can finally rejoice i just checked my case a few minutes ago and it said issued wow cant tell ya'll how great it feels hoping the others that are waiting will see some changes today as well
