@NeyNey876 is right. Tier 1 is very close to useless. They could possibly go hand in hand.

So it looks like we might be out of luck boys.

My take on this now is, before they start approving the next patch, late nov, dec, jan

they moved thw N400 filers out of the way.

The fast approval cases are those that were sent to Nebraska. Unless NBC sends the file to another center after review. It looks like they cleaned up the n400 out of the way for local offices to deal with.

There is a small number of none n400 filers that got the notice too but they seem to be divorce waivers or unlucky filers with random interview coming up.

Your file Never sent to MO, it's at your field office, received the same letter, when I went for my N400 interview, my I751 file was there even though the transfer letter indicated that my file was transferred to MO...............if you received that letter and you have N400 interview coming up ..... then that's what's up .......Make sure to take your spouse with you because they will approve both of them.....the N400 and I751, if not ..... you're screwed like what happened to me, they will write a statement to the next officer that will review/take over your case stating that you showed up to your interview but you weren't aware that you have to bring your spouse ( because the N400 letter don't indicate so) but because a decision wasn't made upon your I751 they can't proceed with your N400 unless if your spouse is there as I mentioned above ........with all that been said ......I got screwed and they put me on hold until they schedule a new appointment for my N-400 which will make them take their sweet A$$ time.

I don't have my interview scheduled yet but that's very helpful and thanks for bringing it up. I'll make sure to take my wife with me when the interview letter comes up.
