2- the Co tells u everything looks fine and gives u ( uscis immigrant fee handout includes ir alien number and the steps how to pay for the green card ) but after the interview the case changed on website from ready to administrative processing..is that possible maybe they all going throw printing the visa process ?

Yes there are different types; basically, any delay of visa issuance is AP. This can be because they have doubts in your relationship and are investigating, you have a common/ suspicious name and they need to do extra security checks, you forgot a form and they are waiting for you to send it, or the visa printing machine ran out of ink...

@Penguin, what if the CO did not ask for any documents??

Like in a case where the CO approved the visa, gave the person instructions on how to pick up the visa after 7days; and then the consulate sent an email the next day telling the person to come back for another interview.

The email instructed that the person should come with a copy of the email...nothing else.

Thanks.
