Need help with correcting name order on GC and SSC

My wife's last name has two separate words i.e. That Is.. On her Vietnamese passport it is normally shown in this order: last, middle and first (i.e. That Is, Kim, Chee). Her visa was issued with last name as "That", and the rest of given name is "IS KIM CHEE). Fast forward we arrived in the states and now the DHS has her information wrong just like her visa.

When we applied for her SSN, it came out as in First, Middle and Last, i.e. IS KIM CHEE, THAT instead of CHEE KIM, THAT IS. Her green card is also the same as SSN name order.

Question is, how do we go about to fix this? On the I-130 and DS-260 we have her first name is CHEE, middle name is Kim and last name is That Is.

Is the GC get their information from DHS just like SSN? If this is the case, how do I contact the DHS to correct this issue before fixing the GC and SSN?

Make an Infopass appointment at your local USCIS field office and ask them to correct your wife's name in SAVE, which is the database where this name information is pulled from for aliens.

I filled I-90 online for the name error correction. Now there is no instruction telling me to send my wife's green card. At what point they would require you to send in and where?
