Hi guys I need advise...

My interview was before my second anniversary and my visa was issued after we celebrate second anniversary and it was CR1 visa.

I am leaving for usa in 10 days so my question is am I going to be issued an IR1 green card od CR1?

What should I do to be issued IR1...I mean its not a big deal if they issue a CR1 gc but why spend extra money for removing conditions after all the money we spent for fees and airplane tickets during the process......

Just dont listen to the man saying something about the I190 form... you CANNOT submit that form as a conditional resident. It clearly says on the USCIS website. This forum I sent you to is from 2014.

In review: talk to an immigration officer at point of entry so you get a IR1 stamp instead of a CR1. That should be it,as long as everything goes smoothly.
